Another oft overlooked feature of many websites is a search feature. Many sites offer either a text field or a link where a user might enter a keyword or phrase to see if the topic burning in their mind has been discussed previously.

My favorite is the innocent "where did the person who wanted to use sex toys while pregnant go?"
Sometimes it reminds me of the little box you dropped the questions into during sex ed class. Also, it's a nice little window into the world of people who didn't have premarital sex and other social oddities. (For me, at least. I doubt they think they're odd.)
